1. Accounts
You must provide a valid email address and verify it before signing in. Keep your credentials safe; you are responsible for activity under your account. Accounts that violate these terms may be suspended or removed.
2. Your content
You keep ownership of everything you upload. By publishing on PayToWatch you grant the platform the non-exclusive right to store, transcode, protect and serve that content to the audience you choose (public, unlisted, private, password-protected or paid). You confirm you hold all necessary rights — including music, footage and likeness releases — for anything you upload.
3. Prohibited content & conduct
- No illegal content, harassment, hate speech, or credible threats.
- No sexual content involving minors, non-consensual acts, or extreme violence.
- Adult material must be marked 18+ at upload; it stays behind the age gate.
- No malware, scraping, circumventing paywalls or access gates, or interfering with service infrastructure.
4. Credits, payments & subscriptions
Wallet credits are purchased through the enabled payment gateways and spent on pay-per-view unlocks or 30-day recurring channel subscriptions. Credits are a prepaid balance for content access: they carry no interest, are non-transferable, and refunds are handled case by case. Cancelling an auto-renewing subscription keeps your access until the end of the paid period.
5. Access controls & privacy
Private media and channels are visible only to their owners. Password-protected and 18+ material is gated before any file is served — including originals, encodings and streams. We collect the minimum data needed to run the service (account, session, playback) and never sell it.
6. Copyright & reports
Rights holders can report infringing content through the report action on any media page or by contacting support. Repeat infringers lose their accounts.
7. Disclaimers & liability
The service is provided "as is". Availability may vary during maintenance windows. To the extent permitted by law, PayToWatch is not liable for indirect damages arising from use of the platform.
8. Changes
We may update these terms; material changes will be announced on the site. Continued use after an update means acceptance.
